Richie Hawtin to play at Sónar

Richie Hawtin, a classic of contemporary techno, has been confirmed to be playing at this years Sónar festival in Barcelona this year.

One of the most eagerly anticipated moments of the festival. A constantly evolving artist who still refuses to be pigeonholed, neither technically nor conceptually. As a producer, a DJ, the main man at Minus and as a showman in general, Hawtin always searches for that difficult balance between the cutting edge and entertainment, with audiovisual shows that never leave his audience unmoved. He is a techno legend who knows exactly what buttons to press and how to press them to unleash euphoria in his sessions.
